Watch Preview Cast: Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Kim Coates, Shawn Roberts, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Spencer Locke, Boris Kodjoe, Wentworth Miller, Sienna Guillory. Rated R for sequences of strong violence and language. Running time is one hour and thirty-seven minutes.

In a world ravaged by a virus which turns its victims into the Undead, Alice (Milla Jovovich), continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. A new lead promising a safe haven from the Undead takes them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead - and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.

If you're really into computer games and like excessive and bloody violence, this may be your film. The cast is attractive enough and the CGI effects are OK, but the plot is virtually non-existent (no reason to let a story get in the way of a good bloodbath). In addition, the entire cast is forced to be extremely murderous by the plot and that doesn't make for characters you care about. I watched the 3D version and think it's a waste of your money. The 3D quality is very good, especially if you like objects flying out of the screen at you. But I found it got in the way and made it difficult to follow some of the action. Theatres/Times.
