However, the truth is it doesn't make any difference what the national critics say, this will be a boxoffice bonanza. If you're planning on seeing it during the first week you'll probably be standing in line. Rated PG-13 for sequences of sci-fi action and violence, language, and brief suggestive content.
The Dinner reviews range from "a dash of poison elegance" to "all four leads are simply outstanding" to "this is one to miss." Clearly, the reviews are all over the place with 9 positives, 7 mixed and 2 negatives. While this looks to be the choice for those who appreciate serious drama, I wouldn't tarry. I don't think this will be here long. Rated R for disturbing violent content, and language throughout.
